This Peanut-butter-banana-protein-smoothe is so delish! You just have to try this one out! It also works great as a post-workout drink!

Goodies you need:

♥ 1 scoop vanilla protein ♥ 1 banana ♥ 1 tbs organic peanut butter ♥  1 cup organic Almond milk ♥ 1 tbs Psyllium seed ♥ some Cinnamon ♥ and a handful of ice cubes. Et Voilá!

SWEDISH: Den här jordnötssmör-banan-protein-smoothien är så fantastiskt god! Har ni provat den än? Om ni inte har gjort, så gör det!! Fungerar också väldigt bra att dricka efter ditt träningspass! Allt du behöver är; 1 skopa proteinpulver (jag hade med vaniljsmak), 1 ekologisk banan, 1 tsk ekologisk jordnötssmör, 1 tsk linfrön, lite kanel och några isbitar. Enjoy!

    Den ser ju bara för god ut! Får prova med mandelsmör då jag är allergisk mot jordnötter men tror nog det kommer funka också :) Vilket proteinpulver använder du?
